On a sub zero the water inlet for ice maker and dispenser is at the bottom front. You need to remove cover to determine it a fitting needs to be tightened or replaced. Depending how old it is it may have a brass coupling, the newer ones have a plastic coupling. Obviously, don’t disconnect any tubing without turning the water off to the appliance.
The evaporator tray on the bottom of the fridge is probably cracked or the tray has fallen off the four mounting brackets that hold it up in the evaporator element. Take off the front screen and check to see if the tray is laying at an odd angle. If it is, realign the tray on the mounts. If the tray appears to be located properly, pull the tray forward and drop it down, then remove it.inspect it as it could have developed a crack where the water is seeping through. You will need to silicone the crack or replace the tray (which is pretty costly considering that its a piece of plastic).
